Akrapan External: Overview

Akrapan External is a glazing panel for external applications where high thermal performance, large spans and simple fixing techniques are required.

There are a wide choice of panels of varying thicknesses and multi-wall cell structure giving different levels of thermal performance, light transmission and strength/spanning capabilities.

All Akrapan panels are joined together via a hidden tongued and grooved (T&G) connection which gives a uniform surface and pleasing appearance. The system has a range of edge profiles, hidden connectors and accessories to accommodate installation on a wide range of projects.

Akrapan is particularly suitable as vertical or sloped glazed external cladding, translucent walls, internal partitions for industrial and commercial buildings and sports facilities.

Other applications include daylighting strips in walls (vertical or horizontal), daylight strips in roofs and for translucent suspended ceilings.

Akrapan Internal: Overview

Akrapan Internal is a non-UV protected glazing panel for internal applications where high thermal performance, large spans and simple fixing techniques are required.

There is a choice of 4 panel thicknesses and multi-wall cell structure giving different levels of thermal performance, light transmission and strength/spanning capabilities.

All Akrapan panels are joined together via a hidden tongued and grooved (T&G) connection which gives a uniform surface and pleasing appearance.

Akrapan Internal is ideal for use as a translucent suspended ceiling where large areas of diffuse natural light is required. It can also be used for internal partition walls where a high degree of light transmission is required within a building.
